Signing a Contract

Grant Contract Administration

  • Provide financial information in support of grants and contracts administration.

  • Assist in preparation of the annual budget; manage budget tracking and variance testing monthly.

  • Review or develop and manage the Financial Operations manual, processes, and procedures.

  • Review procurement policies to ensure compliance.

  • Conduct subrecipient and contractor monitoring.

  • Prepare, review, and/or assess internal policies and procedures.

  • Prepare for and respond to monitoring events and audits conducted by the Federal Awarding Agency, Office of the Inspector General, State, and other auditors.

  • Prepare grant documentation for closeout readiness and address  deficiencies as needed
