Grant Contract Administration

Provide financial information in support of grants and contracts administration.

Assist in preparation of the annual budget; manage budget tracking and variance testing monthly.

Review or develop and manage the Financial Operations manual, processes, and procedures.

Review procurement policies to ensure compliance.

Conduct subrecipient and contractor monitoring.
-
Prepare, review, and/or assess internal policies and procedures.
-
Prepare for and respond to monitoring events and audits conducted by the Federal Awarding Agency, Office of the Inspector General, State, and other auditors.

Prepare grant documentation for closeout readiness and address deficiencies as needed
