Payroll and Timecard Management

  • Manage and process payroll through third-party payroll provider.

  • Work with payroll provider and other third-party vendors on reports and quarterly taxes, ensure proper remittance of tax filings and payments, W-2’s, garnishments, and other reporting as needed. Responsible for all payroll-related taxes, voluntary and involuntary withholdings, and other benefits (including proper withholdings for taxable fringe-benefits).

  • Effectively communicate with Finance and Human Resources team members on changes in regulations for payroll and payroll-related taxes.

  • Partner with Human Resources team on all matters involving employee compensation, benefits, and disability payments.

  • Ensure all payroll runs have been recorded in the financial system in a timely manner.

  • Establish and maintain documented policies and procedures over the payroll process.
